A very nice 5 * resort. Staff are very friendly and sincerely want to help. Had a minor issue where I had no hot water for a couple of days, but it was taken care of. Food is very good at all buffet and ala carte restaurants. Don't expect extremely spicy foods as you wont get it anywhere in Cuba, simply because they cant import spices to their country. Just ask the staff to make your food extra spicy and it will come close to home.
Very clean and well taken care of grounds.
