We had just moved to Calgary and brought my 2014 320i Sport in for a service. While we were at the dealership Leo O Neill approached us as he heard we were newcomers to the area and asked if he could be our contact. His friendly smile and soft spoken way really spoke to us, He wasn t pushy and seemed genuinely concerned that we got the service we deserved. Long story short, we were very pleased with the service my car received and Leo s unassuming way and attention to us led to my husband browsing cars on the sales floor. Before we left that day, he had a deal on a brand new 440i Gran Coupe. He picked it up a few days later and has now had it for about a month and absolutely LOVES IT!!! Leo will definitely be my go to guy when I upgrade to a M2!
