Jim Thurler provides excellent customer service! He is always responsive & friendly. Without Jim and Batzner I don t think we could ever be outside enjoying our patio this summer given the rain & mosquitoes. I also appreciate what we have learned from Jim about their product and tick control. We are much more confident in our pet s health & safety since working with Jim. Thank you!!
