HORRIBLE customer service when the ladies of this ...

HORRIBLE customer service when the ladies of this office answer the phone. I only speak to Nick, him and the other guys are great. I WISH I didn't finance my car loan with them . The fees and the attitude there is just HORRIBLE!!!
