Legoland!

Legoland!

This week we have been having a staycation. We have been out and about doing fun things everyday and to be quite honest we're exhausted haha. It's been amazing though.

Yesterday we went to Legoland. It was our first time in Little1's memory and gosh we didn't half make the most out of it.

I was slightly worried about covid and how to keep the family safe but Legoland have really thought it through! They were disinfecting rides in between visitors, enforcing masks for indoor rides, one way systems on the floor of rides and in general in the park (though the "in general" one wasn't adhered to tbh). They have put social distancing measures in the car park, on the rides and in the queues. Hand sanitizer throughout. It was brilliant.

The queues were long. We had to queue for 110mins for the Atlantis underwater adventure ride. But, oh my goodness, it was worth it! We had an entire submarine to ourselves! An amazing experience!

The children had the best time! We were there from ride open to park close . Missy3 and Little1 really didn't want to leave but we had to go home at some point.

For those of you considering it, I'd say go. Brilliant experience. Don't forget the have a special attraction for those with sensory needs too! I'm always impressed by that. It was still open but only for 45 mins of every hour then they were closing for 15 mins deep clean.

Bravo @legolandwindsor . Brilliantly done!
