Spoke with an associate trying to settle my debt. ...

Spoke with an associate trying to settle my debt. He lied to me trying to get me to pay a higher settlement cost(and he was not the first person to give me a higher cost). Then he continued to interrupt me on the phone and speak condescendingly and mock what I was saying on the phone. I later, after repeatedly calling, asking to speak with a manager, was told there is no manager on duty , I finally got a call from a manager, or so I told. I was told that he, the rep, walked over to the supervisor and asked her to call me. This was the second time that I caught the rep lying to me. Why would he say there is no manager on duty yet when the manager called me she said that the rep walked over and asked me to call you . Either the rep is a liar or the manager wasn t a manager, only a rep pretending to be a manager. Either way this sounds like a company full of liars and thieves.

I could give the name of the rep that acted in such poor taste and professionalism, but I am not going to not going to stoop to the level at which I was treated on the phone. The company knows who I am speaking of, and if they want to reach out to me with an apology, it could only help their case(not hard to move up on the totem pole of professionalism after being on the very bottom....no where to go but up as they say). Yet I doubt I will ever get as much.
