My partner and I booked a couples massage based on pricing I found on their website. Turns out it was not explained well enough that the price was for each person rather than a whole. We were new to the spa experience, so it was our fault but instead of an affordable rate we ended up walking out spending $300... the massage was not worth the money whatsoever.
