I can't speak about the quality of the food of this place BUT the "merchant ethic" and care for the customer experience is zero!
I had a gender reveal party for my brother, so I order some cupcakes from this place. After I left the store (maybe 5 minutes) my brother said that the doctor couldn't tell them the sex of the baby and that other issues had been encountered. I called Robbie Custom Cake immediately after I hanged up the phone (About 8-10 minutes after leaving the store). The employee said I couldn't cancel the order that only the owner could (he said I could reschedule - but given the health circumstances of the baby I didn't feel comfortable doing so).
Next day I called back to make sure the order had been cancelled and that they reimbursed my money but they said I couldn't cancel, and that the order I signed stated there was no cancellations...Of course they were happy to give me store credit! I understand 100% a non-cancellation policy if the store has spend time and material making an order but I called to cancel less than 10 minutes of making the order...they had done nothing!
So this merchant is forcing me to spend money on their store when I clearly don't longer feel I want to!
I would have gone back after the baby situation was cleared but now I feel this people just want your money and they didn't care about why I was there to begin with.
This merchant was definitively acting in bad faith!
I would not recommend! I wonder what this merchant would do if you are unhappy with an order....
