I have a moving situation, I called them thinking ...

I have a moving situation, I called them thinking I'd get the help I need. I also have a PFA. So you'd think they'd help me right? Wrong!! I've called down here a couple of times and got my situation sent over to a woman by the name of Daniel. She is very rude and disrespectful, says she'll call back and never does! I have 2 babies I'm trying to provide a place to stay for and I have less than a week to get out of my current address!!! These program hasn't helped me at all. What am I supposed to do?
