First off, there are tons of great cats here that my gf and I would of loved to adopt....until we got kicked out.

Unfortunately, the look and smell of this place is like a scene out of animal hoarders. In addition, it's pretty clear this place isn't run too well. After spending 30 minutes walking around and finding over 3 cats we were interesting in adopting, we made it to the last room. Just like every other room there was a sign on the door that asked us to clean our hands and then we may enter. After doing such, we entered and were surrounded by cats that wanted nothing but our attention. However, after 5 minutes of being in the room (petting, being climbed on, etc) a volunteer poked her head in and scolded us for "being in a room that was being quarantined" and told us not to leave until she got help. After waiting for 5 more minutes surrounded by "who knows what" another volunteer poked her head in the OTHER door (that was marked from the outside not to enter)...scolded us some more, acted like we were trying to cause trouble, and rudely demanded we leave in front of other people there. Oh...and on the way out warned us not to touch other animals cause we might be harboring unknown diseases now.

Here is some common sense for RMFR...if a room has two doors (especially on complete opposite sides of a room), you should probably mark both of them with signs saying to keep out...especially if there are potentially diseased cats inside. Our day of trying to adopt a cat was ruined because of your negligence. Thanks.
