Arrived early for my appointment but they took me right in. I love the waiting area including the free water (or coffee) and cookies. The chairs are very comfortable and the staff very helpful and kind. They always end your service call by washing your car. I love coming to Carlson Toyota!!

May 25, 2016 - Hi, it's me again - Donna. Just had my Toyota Camry serviced again at Carlson Toyota. Checked in at my appointed time, was actually escorted to the service desk, dropped of my keys, got a cup of their awesome coffee (and of course a cookie), and sat down to read. I really look forward to these visits because it is like a little get-away. 10,000 mile service completed in 45 minutes - car washed and I was on my way. I LOVE Carlson Toyota!!
