Patty and her staff at 260 E. Chestnut run the building like a robot. I'd give 5-stars except for the fact that we have had turnover with the assistant manager position. But, so far, so good! Everyone should be promoted when they do a good job and ours did a great job and was promoted to her own building after 2-years. Mr. Levy runs a good business and trains his managers very well. I like the fact that Sudler saves us money with their purchasing programs. Also, we have an older building and they save us money on insurance too. We have many on a fixed income so this is important. I'd like to see fewer renters in the building but that's not Sudler's role. I'd recommend Sudler if you are looking for property management services.
