Went to Luisa Graff with no expectations as I had not done anything related to jewelry since 1995. A mothers day birthstone ring was what I was thinking about with all moms boys stones on it. Danielle help me put together a ring that was budget friendly but also blow moms mind. I cannot say enough good things about how customer service is really alive and well at Luisa Graff. From eating baked cookies while we looked around to Danielle texting me with ideas of how to fashion something original from scratch and then working on how to get it into the budget. We went in for sizing and got to see the parts (ring and stones) and get sized and my wife was in love with her ring and it was not even put together but she cant wait to put it on. I couldn't have done this alone. Danielle worked really hard with me to "guess" what I could get mom that she would like without her knowing. THANK YOU Danielle and everyone who works at Luisa's is friendly. HIGHLY recommend just skipping the big stores and opt for the personalized experience at Luisa Graff and she is less expensive too so why go anywhere else? Michael
