I'll just list the pros and cons

I'll just list the pros and cons

PROS:
Decent pay, $11.50/hour

Easy work

Easy to get along with people. I've made several friends in my first few weeks

Good fast-paced job; kept you busy

Easy to learn how to do the job

CONS:
All the trainers and supervisors are barely in their twenties. Some supervisors have actually been there awhile and know what they're doing

The trainers act like they run the place and since they're young, they let that little bit a power go to their head

Like any other job, you have some a-hole co-workers who think because they've been there longer, they know everything

They constantly move you to different departments because its "slow", and then complain about how backed up it is after they move people

They keep you on full time if you have perfect attendance. Which means you can be back from break on time, but if your supervisor doesn't see you, you're late. Which is really stupid

The trainers gripe at you for not working, but yet they sit around for 12 hours just talking (at least the young ones did)

Nasty and expensive food for lunch

The parking lot is absolute hell. You have to leave your house like one hour early just to get there on time, because if you don't, you'll be waiting in traffic for 45 minutes.

They always complained about issues, but never bothered to fix any of them
