I cannot believe the level of bedside manner that ...

I cannot believe the level of bedside manner that does NOT exist in this place. I was seen very quickly in the ER to get a room in the ER, but things were down hill from there. I was dehydrated and waited two and a half hours for IV fluids. I asked for my nurse twice in 3 hours and she never showed. After a major spill of blood coming out of my arm did other staff actually get involved...still not my nurse. When trying to ask for assistance, a black female staff sitting directly in front of me completely ignored me. When someone else came to assist me only then did she look over and just stared and listened to my conversation with the other staff.
