Same experience as Shikha. My wife ordered 2 pairs of shoes almost 3 months ago. Got 1 pair after 2 months of follow up and the second pair was delivered with wrong heel size and was returned. Now there is no trace of the second pair despite hundreds of messages and calls. Their owners and customer care executive Divya do not respond. Had a wedding in the family and am without this pair even after paying full advance 3 months ago. Urge customers to be extra cautious in ordering. As you can see money gone, no shoe at the wedding (paired with the wedding dress) and they are certainly not cheap
