When entering BMW, me and my husband were not greeted and assisted especially knowing how car dealers can be sharks usually, then Jenny De Hoyos asked us if we needed any help. Through our whole time there, we were informed with just about every detail through the whole process. She was quite knowledgable and made sure we were fully taken care of and all possible questions were answered. When visiting BMW anytime, Jenny will always be our go to as she has been the BEST!
