Great Company to work with. My Harvey windows are some 25 years old and 4 sashes showed signs of humidity in between the panes of glass. I reached out to Harvey Windows who immediately replaced the sashes for the price of shipping.
During Shipping one of the sashes was broken. I reached out to Amanda at HArvey. She's putting a rush on the one sash to see if they can turn it around in a week.
I told her:
"You guys are the best company to deal with.
And I especially appreciate your efforts to Fix the Problem . This mishap was totally outside your control, but your taking responsibility and immediate action is to be admired greatly. You are a role model to be followed by all companies including my own!"
