Very disappointed in the care and how there s animals are kept. The cats don t get brushed all matted . One cat hat a million ants in his food ! I asked if someone could clean it . They were very rude to me !!!!! I have donated here before. NO MORE!!!!! I asked the CEO to call me Douglas Barry , No response Unprofessional
