Fantastic service, great resources (spa, awesome room service, coffee shop), amazing location, wonderful room. Absolutely recommend you use the Nespresso machine in your room. Loved having HBO on the TV. Awesome bathroom (the toilet has its own door & the shower heads are amazing) with great shampoos and such. The desk had a makeup mirror embedded in it! It was pretty sweet. Great beds. Clean (also smells really good). Two minute walk to the water, and a five minute walk to major tourist attractions in the North End. The staff go above and beyond to give you a nice stay. This place has it all. Would highly recommend staying here for any length of time. Wish I could've stayed longer! Never staying at another hotel again when I have my mom visit me in Boston.
