Too many kids, pools and beach are crazy busy, so are restaurants...not that they return your message to make a reservation. Think JW could invest in a proper answering service or train their staff to return messages? Three times for dinner reservation and trying for a spa appointment as well. Easy money lost JW. Food is standard. It's too bad as its a beautiful location and hotel is quite nice.
