My opinion is very mixed regarding this organization.
LOCASUN is dependent on their contracts with their rental partners.
As part of COVID19, I could not cancel my rental in Spain under penalty of keeping my deposit (which amounted to more than 500) or even claiming a credit for 18 months the value of my deposit; Customers can quickly feel like they are being held hostage by their contract.
We were able to modify the contract for another rental in France, but that does not quite meet our expectations - A credit for 18 months would have been more adequate in this situation of health crisis that we are going through, but their partner is hermetic to this principle.
HOWEVER, I would like to emphasize that LOCASUN has very responsive advisers and are doing their best to improve the situation. When you write to them, the responses are very quick, which is appreciable.
I can not give my opinion on the stay when not yet passed; We are waiting to see.
