We could not be more disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service. We ordered an expensive hot tub and had to go into the store and phone numerous times to try to obtain the status of delivery given that it is already a month late. Staff members did not return calls and were simply unprofessional and frankly rude. Go elsewhere if you have hot tub needs. Also you only have 3 days to change your order. So this means that it does matter when they finally deliver they have you. Which is why they don't really care to keep the communication going because they really don't have to. After your 3 days are up they dont care at Monarch Stafford. You are in your own.
