Just concluded the purchase of our 2020 Subaru Outback! This is our third Outback and we really love all the new safety features and the beautiful appointments in the car! The thrill of getting a new car is really great, but to be honest what is most impressive is the way Quintin Fernandez and O Brien Subaru handled every interaction with us, every step of the way. We wanted to test drive and compare the Outback versus the Ascent to determine which would be the best for us. Quintin heard and understood our situation, he followed along with us and when the dealership had the two new models in, he arranged the test drives so we could compare and decide. He had both vehicles ready to go, explained each in detail and answered all our questions. We ordered our car and Quintin continued to contact us weekly with the updates on the order status. Every step of the way was so professionally done and in a friendly manner. Working with Quintin and O Brien Subaru staff was the most excellent car buying experience.
