Current client. Things were great for the first year but over the past 6 months, I've had nothing but headaches in dealing with Jeremy's team. There is a lack of personal accountability from the staff and when I try to address the issue, I am usually told it is something I caused (ie: auto billing falling off my account from one month to the next). Tired of the attitude and lack of service, considering the commoditization of the insurance industry
