If I could provide 0 stars I would. I've worked in Customer Service for years and I can't begin to understand how you simply choose to not get back to people who are showing interest in your properties. I've reached out to them via email and left several voicemails trying to contact someone in regards to my application. No one has responded and it's been over a month. Luckily I have found a lovely property with a team that practices communicating! I am going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau to do some research on this company; however, don't waste your time or money. I would like a refund of my application fee since it was never processed and everyone be sure to steer far away from Jomela Properties.
