The Technician was very respectful and very kind. He let me stay and watch his whole process of checking my furnace while we had a nice conversation. When it came to repair or replacement options he set up a list of options based on my needs and we talked about each one. I never felt pressured to buy or not buy. Overall it was a very good experience, I would recommend Genz-Ryan to anyone looking for Quality service and care.
