Extremely caring and understanding in serious situations.

Their surgeons and doctors are clearly well informed and not afraid to help you stay informed.

I feel I must also bring up how quickly they will connect you to whoever is watching your pet at any hour. Within seconds my phone call would go from the front desk to the doctor and they were always happy to answer any questions.

Some other hospitals didnt make it this easy to connect to the doctor, so just as I applaud the doctors and surgeons for their mastery of animal care I must also applaud the desk staff for remembering my voice and my pet's name and quickly getting ahold of the doctors for me.
