I've been a loyal customer for 10+ years due to the customer service and attention to detail by everyone at OBB. There have been countless times where the staff have gone above and beyond in making my experience nothing short of fantastic. Whether it's a quick turnaround on a repair to get me back rolling, bringing in an item/part/accessory that is difficult to locate, or providing me with an awesome bike fit to get the most out of my riding position, I can't recommend Oak Bay Bikes enough.
