This dealership location gets a half of a star in my book!
I've never been to a Mercedes-Benz location worldwide with such lack of customers service. Not sure if it was the color of my skin or my workout attire from leaving the gym to inquire about a model of a car. Didn't get a welcome, a goodbye or anything. Walked in and was looked at, as if I was lost. This is not the Mercedes-Benz brand customers service that I have known over 20 years.
