My most recent service for state inspection and alignment was generally good, with a few negatives.
Mr. Jackson listened to and closely followed my requests for service. He didn't try to upsell or perform service that was not specifically requested (such as car wash, multi-point inspection...).
The service performed was of good quality. My vehicle drives much smoother after the alignment.
I arrived at 1:10 PM for my 1:15PM appointment and waited at the dealership for the service to be completed. Mr. Jackson did tell me they were "backed up". I got my serviced vehicle back at 4:30 PM.
The bill for the State Inspection was $30, the alignment $89.95; in addition there was an charge for "SHOP SUPPLIES" of $24.15. Shop supplies constituted a 27% upcharge.
