After scheduling a simple oil change, I waited for 2hours just to be told that my car would not be seen until an additional 45mins. When asking why my appointment for a simple oil change is taking over 2hours to complete, the Honda associate told me that simple oil changes usually take this long to complete. I had to request my car be taken back down as I am unable to wait 3hours for a scheduled oil change.

This is not the first time I have experienced this level of poor service at this dealership. Appointment schedules are not honored at this dealership. This is the worst service I have ever experienced when getting a scheduled oil change.

Once I arrived to get my car back, I was told there was a miscommunication and my car was being finished up. I think asked for my car back and to cancel the service may have sped things along. I think long waits are a norm at this location. However, the guy helping me after the I arrived to get my car was very professional.
