We finally closed our real estate deal on a new build townhome after having the closing date pushed out, and having Tejpaul Wirk walk us through the process made the experience a breeze! Tej took the time to explain each of the documents we were signing, and clearly articulated the important facts that we needed to know. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, which puts you at ease right away.
