Legacy Ford Owners and their Management Team have surrounded the dealership with the highest professionals that are available in the market. This quality is not only exhibited in their ability to diagnose and then apply the appropriate remedy to a problem, but in the superior customer service exhibited by all of the Legacy Associates. Each Associate applies a caring attitude that only helps assure their customers of their commitment to excellence. This is equally applied to both Ford owners as well as those of us who also own other automobile makes and models. There is a lesson for all automobile dealers and their staffs to be gleaned from my experience and that is not only am I totally satisfied with my visits to Legacy Ford but when the time arrives to buy another vehicle, it will be a Ford and it will be from Legacy.
