I am a lender. Bradley has taken the time to show me numerous houses he has built and i am impressed by each homes' location, the quality of construction and Bradley's knowledge of the home building business. SFH appears to have very good working relationships with its subs. While not in the market personally as a buyer, I am enthusiastically referring friends and colleagues looking for a great new home to Bradley as I believe he has an outstanding product.
