I will give them credit, they were very responsive when I called. However, the cost of the work performed was very expensive. Because the plumber was there, I decided to just get it done. The plumber that came was a very nice young man but a little inexperienced. Because he didn't have the part needed on his truck, he made multiple trips to the Home Depot. Fortunately, I was home for the day since it took several hours for the repair that should not have taken that long. I will shop around a little more next time.
