The company provided adequate service, but I found it to be quite average overall. The communication with the staff was efficient, and they were courteous, but I didn't feel that my needs were fully understood or prioritized. The quality of the product was satisfactory, but it didn't quite meet the standards I was expecting. I appreciated the efforts made to resolve my concerns, but there was a lack of follow-through on some promises. Overall, my experience was okay, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer understanding and delivering on commitments.
