Where to start? Astrid (team leader): antisocial and rude. You can't even communicate normally with this person or she's already going out of her plate. Call you constantly on your days off. Always paid too little. So salary was never correct. Ridiculous!
Despite all the appointments for a sick, now terminal patient, often showing up too late or not at all, not being able to provide the right care or inexpert staff, 24-hour care is not possible.
Apart from the employees who mean well, the planning is not in order.
I understand that people are busy, but do not make agreements that cannot be fulfilled.
Both case management and administration work well. The staff are friendly here. They also do a little more than strictly necessary. A nice experience!

4x called to get some assistant on the line who does not even want to give his name with a big mouth 4x hung first on my mother and then 3 times on me.
If you talk to them about their behavior, they say that there are more people who need care. You get paid for the care that you do not provide. I will definitely not stop here. To be continued.
