In my personal experience and in my opinion: If you are seeing someone in the oncology department I URGE you with all my heart to make the extra hour trip down to Boston for care or at LEAST get a second opinion right away from another hospital.

The rest of the hospital seems to run very smoothly and efficiently from what I've seen.
