Steve S came to our house to do a precision tune-up. After getting started our system was to far gone to be fixed. Steve explained and showed my wife everything that was wrong with our existing system. Extremely thorough explaining the deficiencies. John H came by a few days later to give us a price of a new system. Again, he took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with the system. I never felt pushed or badgered into a new system. He explained some of the items that never had been done when the original system was installed. He gave options on 4 different systems and the benefits and value of each as well as some items that would extend the life of the new system.
The new system was installed by Lelan B. and Anderson P. Both installers were extremely competent and knowledgeable. Both were extremely professional and careful in regards to the house.
I highly recommend the Air Genie company for service and installation. They did what they said they were going to do at a price that is very fair. They are very honest and courteous.
