Bought a Pre Certified used vehicle from this deal...

Bought a Pre Certified used vehicle from this dealership back in November.
1st- didn't have wheel lock key and was told to get it done elsewhere
The other shop would not do it as it would cause damage to the wheel.

Took back to this dealer and wow we have a master wheel lock key set, so wasted a lot of time.

The front brakes were grinding at high speeds and couldn't get the Pre-Certified vehicle covered, who certified this? I replaced the brakes myself.

Then after rotating the tires had a rotational thump and knew it was the tires. Replaced the tires at this dealership and wasn't even offered an alignment. I recommended the alignment and that's where it got interesting.

If it was in spec it would pull, if out of spec still unstable but somewhat straight. If we are out of specifications something is wrong. I don't know why I had to insist that this is not right(I am ASE certified).

So after 4 alignment attempts it was still out of specs and unstable. This is where they told me to go to another shop AGAIN! They said they would pay for it.

This time Golling CDJ in Bloomfield Hills had my vehicle for less than 5 service hours and got the vehicle back and it drives straight and is in within specifications. I emailed the Quality Service Manager who said they would reimburse me and got nothing back.

I want my refund for the "FAILED" Alignment attempts. Really should reimburse me for my time and stress that was wasted.

IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM HERE GET IT INSPECTED BY ANOTHER SHOP FIRST!!!! THERE PRE-CERTIFICATION OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T MATTER

I WOULD NOT TAKE IT TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR WILL TRY TO EDUCATE, BECAUSE THEY NEED EDUCATION!!!!
