Been a customer for over 10 years, then this year it all went downhill. First, they messed up my appointment for an emerald advance review and had me wait for almost 2 hours. Then, the employee submitted my info with the wrong info causing a delay in processing. Then it took 48 hours to get reset before trying again. Then they closed and had limited hours so I couldn't get in to finish the review. Now today they tell me the emerald advance promotion is over. Seriously this is the WORST experience I have ever had at any company. Staff was rude, couldn't even fathom why I would be upset, accepted ZERO responsibility for their mistakes, and then offered no options to even attempt to keep my business. This was at the location at 253 Woodland Blvd, Deland, FL.

Not a single employee worth keeping if you'd ask me. They turned a long time customer and changed me into someone who will NEVER use their services again.
