My husband and I bought a Jeep Rengenade yesterday from Courtesy. After a disappointing experience at another dealership, this experience was wonderful. My husband called before we made the drive over to make sure the car we saw online was still on the lot, Russell Larkey not only assured us that it was, he also pulled it up to the front of the lot in the rain to make sure that he knew it was there. When we arrived, we looked it over and went right into making a deal. Russell listened to my husband and got him the deal that he wanted. Jim in finance was great as well. He went over all of our options without being pushy. Before we left, Russell went over all the technology in the car and helped us set everything up. He really took his time, and it was greatly appreciated. Overall, this was an easy, smooth process, and we are very happy with our new car!
