Not able to have a good service. The technicians sound IMCOMPETANT 90% of the time. Their highest skill is to reboot the system. Then they are totally lost and do not know what to do. It changes so often from version of model that a lot of problem happens between versions and it does not even bother to warn the customers about the problem they are aware of.

Ah the minute you have a problem you are alone. The best thing that paradox has to offer you will be transferred to another colleague who will do the same to you until you snap.
