Excellent service today from Nathan, approximately midday. Went above the call of duty to help. The item I wanted was on a top shelf in overstock. Nathan got the steps and retrieved the product for me. No one in B&Q Nursling has ever done that, they've told me because of Health and Safety, they can get the product brought down overnight and I would have to return the next day.
