I would not recommend you to stay a night at this hotel!.

We booked the hotel directly as a group!, they had mixed up the rooms and created a disaster, on top of all that the keys were a trap to hell, it would not work in the lifts and the door, YOU CAN ONLY GO TO YOUR FLOOR WITH YOUR KEY TO THE ROOM AND IT WONT READ THE KEY! .

Service
They made us wait 4 hrs at check in, we got the room card at 4:45. Their over all service is terrible, they respond after half an hour for anything and are so arrogant. No compassion for the check in and the trouble they caused.
Food
The food was terrible, seems like frozen food. The selection offered for breakfast was limited. The quantity for lunch was less. The quality for dinner was bad, the shawarma they served was a size of a finger and most of the items were burnt.

Positive sides
They have outside facilities. Olympic swimming pool and family pool which was good. The recreation offered were table tennis and foosball, which was free. Football and squash which is at an insane price for their own costumers . They there is billiards which is also paid.

Overall not recommended, there are plenty of options in Al Ain like Ayla hotel for a good price where the money is worth.
