Okay, so I don't eat meat, but my husband said this was some of the best BBQ hes had, rivaling top-rated places we (he) ate at in Nashville. Honestly we will 100% be back. We will just go as some of the first people for lunch
Why? They had a board to list the things they were out of, and we ate there on Saturday around 12. Nothing was listed, which made sense to us since Saturday is probably one of the busier days/ nights and they've only been open for an hour at this point. Now I can forgive the oversight in not listing being out of walnuts for the salads (ha ha), but they were out of the Saturday Special cut of meat! After only an hour of being open when they still had most of lunch and all dinner to go, and after it got talked up to him by waitstaff. That was really disappointing. So we were pretty bummed by the fact that that had an out-board they didnt use, werent communicating out-food to staff, and they didn't make nearly enough of the special to meet demand for more than an hour for lunch diners.
The food is great -- just dont get your heart set on one cut because they might be out of it!
