my bf and I are looking for a nice 3 bedroom to move into, we find one that we really like and decided to talk to this leasing agency responsible for the place. not only did it take them a couple days to reply, but they also did NOT show up to the showing that THEY scheduled. luckily the owner was there and generously showed us around. We were there for 30 minutes with a no show, not a call, no email. Nothing was communicated to us.

the next four days we tried to reach the company to get the house, we called, emailed, texted, everything. and they actively ignored us. Finally, my MOM gets an email saying that they leased the place out the day after our scheduled showing, and that they would love to show my MOM a different house. This company is very unprofessional and refused to communicate with anyone who was not 30 years or old. definitely not a place to take your business if you're in your 20s.
