I'm not one to go out of my way to post reviews unless they are worthy and what I mean by worthy is folks or establishments going above and beyond my expectations. True customer service is a lost art. Response time, resolution, and efficiency towards building a deeper customer relationship is hard to find, but Mr. Bever proved me wrong. I searched the USA for a Toyota Tacoma. Quite honestly, I would prefer to buy from a local establishment for the ease of business and to support my local community. However, I was contacted by Michael Bever from Steve's Hometown Toyota. He made this transaction painless, timely, and was very competitive. We spoke, he quoted an out the door price and I wanted a quick transaction and he delivered. I will contact them again in the future and refer friends with confidence. Thank you to the whole team!!
