We have been loyal customers for over twenty year...

We have been loyal customers for over twenty years and when we had our yearly inspection we got told that our ten year old furnace that they installed had a crack in the heat exchanger and it was a hazard and he had to red tag it and shut the gas off and advised us not to turn it back on, he gave us a hard sell on a new one and when we asked for a price on repairs he told us that parts and labor came to $2100.00 and needed $1300.00 to order the part and we where responsible for that , we paid him and a week later when they came back to install the new one we learned the part was under full warranty and we paid the $2100.00 for three hours of labor to install it. We felt like we had been taken advantage of with misleading information and when we talked to there office they claimed that was there standard price. It left us feeling sad that we not loyal customers but targets of a scam
